THE BADGER (Original comic concept)
The Badger is a superhero comic that I’ve been slowly developing for a couple of years. It started as a 12 page comic made for a college class, and is being developed into a wider narrative with more characters. The story focuses on a man named John Martins, who has the ability to transform parts of his body into a werewolf-like badger form, and his boyfriend named Sunil.

“Devil Dogger” is another idea for a character within the world of The Badger. It centers on a teenage boy in the 1980s Rio Grande Valley, Texas. He’s a martial artist who fights in tandem with a “demon”, and is loosely based on my dad’s childhood as a martial artist, and growing up in Texas.
